Hot sauce fans can’t get enough of Short Mountain Cultures fermented Chili Garlic Sauce, made by blending and fermenting garlic with jalapeño, habanero, tabasco, serrano, and bell peppers, all grown locally in Middle Tennessee. This all-purpose hot sauce adds spice to any dish, and is delicious on eggs, tacos, and stir fries, or mixed into marinades and barbeque sauces.

Ingredients: Ripe Red Chilis, Garlic, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Cane Sugar, Unrefined Mineral Rich North American Sea Salt
